2. Data and purposes

When you submit a contact, demonstration, or trial request, we process the company name, business email, selected problem, and information you voluntarily provide. We use it to respond, prepare a suitable setup, protect forms from abuse, and conduct pre-contract communication.

For the initial language choice, the site first reads a country code supplied directly by the hosting edge or CDN, without an additional external lookup. We do not retain precise location or an IP address for this purpose. Browser language is used when no country code is available.

3. Legal bases

Request processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and for our legitimate interest in securely answering business enquiries. Optional analytics, marketing, and external media require consent.

4. Recipients and transfers

Hosting, email delivery, and security providers may process data only as needed. Google Analytics, Google Ads, or YouTube load only after applicable consent. Available contractual and technical safeguards are used for processing outside Serbia or the EEA.

5. Retention

Business enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication unless a contract, legal duty, or dispute requires longer. Consent choices remain in your browser until the policy version changes or storage is cleared.

6. Security and minimisation

Forms use validation, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and bot checks. Submission emails do not include IP address, user-agent, or referrer. A short-lived one-way IP hash may be used only for abuse prevention.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing. Withdraw consent through “Cookie settings”. Contact info@kran-app.com or your competent data protection authority.

8. Changes

Material changes will be published with a new date and version.
