1. Public website provider

The public website is operated by Marko Nedić, Novi Šor 115a, 21466 Kucura, Serbia, under the name Kran App d.o.o.. These terms do not publish or replace legal-entity registration details.

2. Website purpose

The website presents Kran-App and accepts enquiries. Submitting a form does not automatically create an account, accept an offer, or start a subscription.

3. Trial and commercial terms

Trial access is prepared after review. Scope, duration, support, price, tax treatment, and contracting party are confirmed in writing before paid service. Published prices of €99 and €199 are monthly per-company prices unless a written offer states otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, submit harmful code, overload forms, or unlawfully copy protected product elements.

5. Accuracy and review

OCR, AI, import, and calculation outputs may contain errors. Users must verify information before posting, ordering, paying, or making business decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The Kran-App name, design, text, code, and product images are protected. Use beyond ordinary website viewing requires prior permission.

7. Liability and mandatory rights

The public website is provided as available. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected, as do mandatory rights in a user’s country.

8. Law and contact
